Prestige Civil Engineering was engaged to complete external works for the refurbishment and extension of a country house in Oakham. The project required a blend of technical precision and aesthetic sensitivity to complement the property’s traditional character and surroundings.
Our scope included new drainage installations and extensive landscaping, featuring the construction of a traditional ha-ha wall to preserve open views across the estate. Prestige Civil Engineering was appointed as principal contractor by Formula One team Alpine to design and construct a new car park at their site. The project involved transforming a greenfield area into a fully functional, high-capacity car park accommodating up to 250 vehicles.
Our responsibilities included full excavation, installation of a durable BodPave surface system, and integration of lighting and associated infrastructure. Delivered from design through to installation, the project demonstrates Prestige’s capability to manage complex external works with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to outstanding results.
